    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions form the basis on which bookings for the Kilcoy Motel are accepted:

    RATES AND CHANGES
    Rates are subject to change at any time. The price of your room cannot be guaranteed until Full Payment is received. Prices listed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the booking.

     SMOKING
    All rooms and units within the Motel are NON-SMOKING, should you be found to have smoked within your room, you agree to be charged via your Credit Card an additional $ 200.00 Sanitizing and Cleaning Fee.
    Please Note: For your convenience Cigarette Butt Containers can be found in your carport. If you do choose to smoke, please ensure that the door and windows to your room are closed. This helps us ensure comfort for our incoming guests.

    ADDITIONAL CLEANING
    Items removed or damaged or requiring extra cleaning will be charged to your credit card at a cost commensurate with repair, replacement or required labour. Photographic evidence will used to ascertain these costs and will be supplied to you upon request.

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Standard check-in is 2 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.
    Late check-out up to 12 noon is at the discretion of the manager and must be requested the night before check-out.
    Late check-out after 12 noon will incur the following additional charges:
    12 noon to 1 p.m. – $30.00;
    1p.m. to 2 p.m. – $50.00; after 2 p.m. the full rate applies.

    PAYMENT POLICY
    Reservations can be made online at www.kilcoymotel.com.au or by phoning the office on +61 7 5422 0092.
    Confirmation of booking is made via email and receipt of full payment if applicable.
    Payments accepted include credit cards or by direct deposit. EFT and Bank Details are available upon request.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Only allowed with 24hrs prior notice to check in date for regular bookings. Otherwise, cancellations are subject to 100% Cancellation Fee.
    7 days prior notice to check in date for group bookings and major events (e.g. Kilcoy races, Woodford Folk Festival, Dreaming festival, Motocross).
    Otherwise cancellations are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
    No shows and cancellation after check-in will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

    ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PET RESERVATIONS.

    Note: Not all the rooms at the The Motel are Pet Friendly, only THE BARN. These additional Terms and Conditions only apply to Barn bookings with pets.

    Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Standard Terms and Conditions for which bookings for the Kilcoy Motel are accepted:

    Please Note: there is only ONE ROOM – THE BARN set up for Pet Reservations within the Motel.

    ACCEPTABLE PETS – We welcome all well-mannered dogs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas.

    The Pet must be fully trained and appropriately RESTRAINED BY THE GUEST AT ALL TIMES.

    The Pet must be KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES, when in the Motel or on Motel Property, unless in the guest’s room.

    Pets are NOT ALLOWED on Furniture or Beds during your stay.

    The Guest is to confirm number of pets upon booking. Limitations apply. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) pets is allowed.

    AT NO TIME is the pet to be left unattended.

    Pet can be walked and exercised across the road in local park.

    Guests are solely responsible for cleaning up after the pet, properly disposing of the waste in the Rubbish Bins at the end of the Barn Carport. AT NO TIME is this waste to be left in the rubbish bin inside the Barn.

    NOISE/DISTRUPTIVE COMPLAINTS: guests are responsible for any noise made by the pet, such as barking, this must be curtailed to ensure the comfort of other guests. If Motel Management deems pet behavior is disrupting guest comfort, then we reserve the right to request you make alternate arrangements for your pet.

    Note: there are NO REFUNDS.

    Guests are responsible for ALL PROPERTY DAMAGE (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The Motel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.

    The guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.

    We have some basic in-room amenities including food and water bowls for you to use during your stay. Please leave them behind for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee. Please ensure that the pet is clean, wormed and on a flea program.

    PET IN ROOM Sign – Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.

    HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE: I agree to make my room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service as required.

    A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk.

    GETTING THERE
    If you are arriving by road from Brisbane via Woodford, our Motel is on the right-hand side of the main street just after you cross the bridge to enter Kilcoy.
